I appreciate the fact that in answering the lady's question about pain while playing cards was to be up and moving around, but it really didn't answer the question! Many of us like to play cards and after a few rounds of pinochle or whatever, stiffnes sets in and hands get sore. So what do you recommend to help. I have tried the card holder but the set broke, it couldn't hold 16 cards easily.

In your recent article on Omega 3 fatty acids you said "There’s a caveat here: If you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant, breastfeeding, or if you have children younger than 12, consume only up to 2 servings a week.."
I can understand the issues related to pregnancy and breastfeeding, but if these are not relevant, why the caveat in regard to having children under 12? If it has to do with potential parental longevity, then I think the issue of safety has to be re-visited. If not that, then why?
