   I've been widowed for 4 yrs, and have met someone i'd like to enjoy sex with. We've come close some messing around and such, almost did the whole deal last time but I was pretty nervous and couldn't relax,so no penetration. BTW I'm 61 and in good shape etc.,I've only ever been with one man and don't think that's affecting me at all.I'm very open sexually when I'm with him not shy or anything. I have  been masturbating regularly and have no trouble lubricating even tho'I have had a complete hysterectomy. Do you thinkit's just a case of nervousness? The man in this case is very understanding, but it's been a looong time and I really want him.Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks
