Menopause Question
Menopause Question
NEED ADVICE
HI ALLLLL!!
I am a 38 year old female with a heart of a 3 year old. LOL!! I got my monthly when I was 9 years old. For the last couple years - every know and then - I would wake up in bed swets. I woke up one morning to seeing this, and for as embarrsing as it sounds, I thought I peeed the bed without realizing it. I didn't think anything of it, but I did mention to my doctor my symptoms. He said it COULD be an early onset of menopause. He didn't want to confirm this due to my age. He said it was way too early for me. As for the present time, last month it was terrible. EVERDAY for the past month, I have been waking up in really bad bed swets. I mean, I wouldn't be a lil wet, but soaked -- from head to toe. My bed sheets are not damp, but soaking wet, If this is due to the early onset, how can I stop it, or at least control it? ANY advise, I will take. Thank you fer yer help. When answering this, please e-mail me. I would greatly appreciate it.

Maybe some advice for menopause
Know that all of our bodies change at different ages. It sounds like you need help with your hormones. After tryng every hormone that a doctor can prescribe and it only working for a couple of months, I finally got sent to a compound Pharmacist. Why all doctors don't do that from the beginning I do not know. I paid a small fee to sit down with the pharmacist and told him all that was going on with me. He gave me some great lpamphlets to read and a list of symptons that either the lack of certain hormones could cause or having to much could cause and I had to check them off. With that informaion the journey begin with making hormones that work for me It took a few months to get it just right. Through out the years I have taken saliva tests which helped the Pharmacist to see what changes I have gone through with age. A lot of doctors do not believe in the saliva test. By the way your gyn doctor can do a blood test on you to see if you are pre menopause, in menopause or post menopause. He or she needs to do test for hormones. Ask for it! My advice to you is your know your body better than the doctor, Don't be miserable as night sweats are. Try to notice if you are having hot flashes in the day time. They are not quite has bad as night sweats. Start keeping a journal on how many times you have either hotflashe and night sweats so you can give whoever the correct information.
The other thing you can do is go to the health food start and ask them what herbs help with hotflashes and night sweats. I did that when I first started, before I got the hormones pillls.
The good news there is help. It may be that you just need some hormones adjustment.
