I haven't had a period for 3 years.  I feel good...but....some hot flashes, weight gain etc.  Doctor from Hell put me on Provera....screwed me up ....I decided to go without hrt.  Now I would like to use wild yam cream with soy isoflavones.  Not sure if it is too late to use this or maybe dangerous.  Any input would be welcome.
