Question

What could cause night sweats besides menopause?
They're not constant, but for the past year I've had night sweats every night for weeks or months at a time, then they go away. I've woken up actually thinking I've wet the bed, but it's just sweat.I'm 40 years old, still menstruating regularly, and my doc & I have run the tests on thyroid and hormone levels -- all normal. Thoughts for something else to look for?
