why am i always tired and cold?
i get 10 hours of sleep,i wake up feeling tired and always cold.i have menopause so i have heat flash,but lately i've been extremely cold.i always feel like im gonna pass out,im dizzy,i feel light headed,my head hurts real bad! my hands stay cold,my fingers stay blue..i used to be a active person now i cant do as heart races fast,im always out of breath,i feel very fatiguemy blood pressure stays high,i got it checked 2 days ago and it was 150/100 but im not on medicine for it,i was taking something for it, but that kept dropping my blood just as weak as it gets..i need answers
