Jeff Fleming: biography
Jeff Fleming, ThirdAge's Money Insider, has advised people
about their finances on radio as host of the WVAM talk show
"Mostly Money," and online, as the Money Doc for the Web
site MansLife .
He has been a financial planner since 1984. He obtained a law
degree from Duquesne University School of Law in 1990 and
opened his own practice in 1992, specializing in estate
planning and administration, business continuation planning,
and personal financial planning.
In 1995, Jeff became a Chartered Life Underwriter and
Chartered Financial Consultant, and in 1996 he earned a
Certified Financial Planner designation.
Jeff teaches continuing courses for professionals of the
Pennsylvania Association of Life Underwriters. Classes he
has moderated include "Meeting Special Family Needs,"
"Stepping up to Variable Products," and "S Corporations:
Operations and Estate Planning Techniques."
Jeff lives in Altoona, Pennsylvania--where he is on the
boards of the American Cancer Society and the Blair Concert
Chorale, and sponsors several sports teams.
