Once a profile with address and contact information is created, users have two options for placing online food orders: replaying a previously saved order or customizing an order to their specification. Orders are sent immediately to the restaurant by FAX, providing a written record of the order.
Waiter.com president Craig Cohen says saving time and eliminating hassle "is what shopping on the Web is all about." Some Waiter.com-connected restaurants include Domino's Pizza, the Olive Garden, Pizza Hut, Boston Market, KFC, Subway, Wolfgang Puck Cafes and other establishments.
