Pennsylvania's top court last year reversed the community's ordinance banning public nudity, saying it "unconstitutionally burdened free speech." The club owner says the city's bid to reinstate the ordinance is just a ploy to put him out of business.
Should nude dancing be considered a constitutionally protected form of free speech? Or should the town be allowed to ban such acts as a guardian of public morals? What's your opinion?
