Simple Ways to Show Your Love

Sometimes the simplest acts of kindness are the best for a romance. Here are 33 Ways to Love Your Lover and -- naturally -- the simplest are the best.

The Marriage Partnership magazine Web site says the suggestions came from MP readers who were willing to "share secrets for revving up romance." The number one recommendation: "At the movies, share the armrest."

Credit Mike and Lesley Steenbergen of Garden Grove, Calif., for their suggestion to "Kiss at stoplights." You could also "fill the gas tank in your mate's car -- as a surprise."

Other suggestions include "squeezing toothpaste on your partner's toothbrush when you're doing your own" and "compliment your mate in front of friends or family." Last but not least, the 33rd suggestion is to "get to know your in-laws."
