Bob Dylan, some say, is a legend for his cultural influence in the music industry. But we all know he is a musician. But did you know he is a painter, too? According to BBC News, the 69-year-olds artwork, some of which has never been released to the public, is showing at Denmarks National Gallery.
The exhibition which features Dylans Brazil-inspired series opened Friday, and includes scenes he sketched during his visits to Brazil, such as Brazilian slums, farms, and beaches, BBC reported.
I chose Brazil as a subject, because I have been there many times and I like the atmosphere, Dylan said, according to the report.
More of Dylans paintings were displayed in 2007 and 2008 at the Kunstammlungen Chemnitz museum in Germany, and London, CBC reported.
The recipient of many awards, including Grammys, Golden Globes, and Academy Awards, Dylan has also been inducted in to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
