Bruce Willis to Sell Idaho Home and Nightclub
Hollywood film star Bruce Willis is looking to part with some of his property. As reported by Us Weekly, the 56-year-old actor made famous in “Die Hard” listed his Idaho ranch for sale at $15 million.
Willis purchased the 20-acre property in 2001, just a year after he called it quits with Demi Moore after 13 years of marriage. The ranch includes six bedrooms in the 8,400 square foot main house, a detached guest house, ponds and streams, a gym and heated pool, waterslides and a rope swing.
The actor is reportedly giving up the property because he hasn’t been able to spend much time in Idaho, Us Weekly said.
Willis is also still trying to sell his bar and nightclub The Mint, which he put up for sale in 2010. Initially giving a listing price of $6 million, Willis recently reduced the price by $4.5 million. He still owns his Soldier Mountain ski area just west of Hailey, Idaho.
Us Weekly said Willis’ decision to sell his property may be because he’s busy with his family. After marrying Emma Hemming in 2009, the couple is expecting their first child. Willis already has three children with Moore, ranging in ages from 17 to 23.
