Casey Anthony Not Welcome Home, Father Says

George Anthony’s suicide letter, which was entered into evidence, has been transcribed and shown in court on day 43 of his daughters murder trial.

Casey Anthony's father said he doesn't want his daughter back in his Florida house, sources told ABC News Friday.

The report said George Anthony also is pushing a law that would make it a crime for parents not to report a child missing in a timely manner.

Casey Anthony, who is scheduled to be freed Sunday, was acquitted last week in the death of her 2-year-old daughter in June 2008 but convicted of lying to police. It was a month from the time she last saw her daughter until her mother, Cindy, reported the toddler missing.

Anthony's lawyers filed notice Friday they will appeal and filed a motion at the Orange County Courthouse in Orlando to continue classifying Anthony as insolvent and unable to pay legal fees, the Orlando Sentinel reported.

During the trial, Anthony's lawyer accused her father of molestation and said he helped her dispose of the body. George Anthony denied the allegations.

ABC reported Casey Anthony likely had no plans to move home and is willing to talk only with her brother, Lee.

Meanwhile Friday, Judge Jose Rodriguez recused himself from Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez' defamation suit against Anthony without giving an explanation, the South Florida Sun Sentinel reported.

Anthony told detectives in 2008 Caylee was kidnapped by a baby sitter named Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez. Police said no such nanny existed, and the Kissimmee woman later sued Anthony. Anthony is scheduled to be questioned under oath Tuesday at an Orlando law firm. "My client is an innocent bystander whose life has been turned upside down. … We've been on the back burner for too long and we're about to get hot," said Keith Mitnik, attorney for Fernandez-Gonzalez.
