Celine Dion, French-Canadian singer said by many to be one of the best vocalists of all time, is pregnant at the age of 42 with twins. And she is happy and healthy as ever.Dions pregnancy is due in November, her assistant Anna DeMartino said.Dion plans to give birth and then return to Caesars Palace March 15 for three years, DeMartino told Vegas Confidential.The singer and her husband, Rene Angelil, 68, have a 9-year-old son, Rene Charles, and have tried several times unsuccessfully to have more children, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported Monday.Rene Charles was conceived through in vitro fertilization, as were Dion's anticipated twins, the Review-Journal reported.Dion underwent acupuncture treatments six weeks before her most recent in vitro procedure and will continue the treatments for the rest of her pregnancy, DeMartino said.According to CNN, as reported by People.com, rumors had spread that Dion and Angelil were having pregnancy complications. But her rep tells the magazine that it was all completely fabricated.After gaining 33 lbs. throughout her pregnancy Dion is expected to continue acupuncture treatment and deliver a healthy baby, CNN said.The singing sensation has sold over 200 million records worldwide. Her last studio album, Taking Chances, was released back in 2007. Dion has won 10 Grammy awards and 12 World Music Awards, just to name a few.
