Devon James isn't releasing an alleged Tiger Wood's sex tape, after all.
The alleged ex-mistress of Tiger Woods claims she has a sex tape she made of her and Woods.
The tape was due to be released on December 1, but when that date passed there was still no sign of it.
Now James and her husband say that's because they reached a settlement offer not to release the video.
Husband Nick Janette told RadarOnline:
"Our settlement has been done so we're not releasing a tape."
Not everyone is convinced the tape even exists however. To doubters, Janette says:
"We haven't lied. We did have high demand. We had 180,000 buys.
"We didn't really know what to do. That was our reason.
"I didn't want to cancel our orders and not have a settlement, so that's what we decided to do."
