Diablo 3 Updates Unveiled at Blizzcon

New information about Diablo 3 was unveiled last weekend at Blizzcon 2010, the annual convention held by video game company Blizzard.

The convention announced that the cult RPG game would be receiving a fifth class: the demon hunter, who will be joining the ranks of the monk, wizard, witch doctor and barbarian.

Fans, which swarm the Convention Center in Anaheim up to the thousands, were also ecstatic that the game would be given a PvP battle arena. This player-versus-player arena mode was shown to the frenzied audience in a demo.

Other fan favorite games were also given updates, including a new expansion for massively popular online RPG game World of Warcraft. No news was given about the sequel to the real-time military video game Starcraft.
