Eva Longoria Parker claims that she and husband Tony Parker are not getting a divorce, E! Online reported Tuesday.
Longoria's spokeswoman told E! News that the report that surfaced Tuesday afternoon was "100% false, Tony did NOT file for divorce from Eva."
E! also said that a court spokeswoman said there was no record of the filing.
On Tuesday afternoon TMZ reported that two clerks at the Bexar County Courthouse in Texas had told them that Tony had filed for divorce.
Longoria, 35, stars in the ABC series "Desperate Housewives." She met NBA player Tony Parker, 28, after a Spurs game in 2004.
