Eva Mendes starred opposite Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg in The Other Guys, which opened in early August.
The film ousted blockbuster Inception from the top spot in its opening weekend.
On working with the comedian, Mendes told E! Online that Hes not that funny in person jokingly. She laughed and added, These guys [Ferrell and Director Adam McKay], to me, are like my dream team.
Her favorite movie is Anchorman, which stars Ferrell. She had expressed her disappointment in there being no sequel for the comedy. I think its mad they are not making a sequel. Id love to be in it but at the same time Id be just happy watching it. Ron is my hero!
Ron is the name of Ferrells character in Anchorman.
The Other Guys is still a contender at the box office; it was fifth after this last weekend, and has earned a total of a little over $100 million so far.
