Hilary Duff Wedding Workout Program

Hilary Duff and NHL player Mike Comrie are set to get married this weekend, and reports indicate 22-year-old Duff has been working out vigorously in order to lose weight and get in shape for the big day.

Her regiment includes working out five times a week with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak's Five Factor workout.

It is an intensive work-out, and Duff has also gone on a diet that consists of five small, healthy meals a day.

Harley told E!Online.com: "She looks fantastic from head to toe.

"Her arms are definitely leaner."

Pasternak adds that the exercise regime is also good for relieving stress. "It's stress release and makes you feel more confident."

The key is to have amazing shoulders, amazing arms, posture is really important, Pasternak told People magazine.

But its also important to have a really tight midsection, because the way a wedding dress hugs your midsection, you really want it lean and tight.

Duff isnt a huge fan of her new workout schedule:

I think she vocally disliked them all! says Pasternak.

The singer-and-actress, who announced her engagement to ice hockey player Mike Comrie after a trip to Hawaii in February, is rumoured to be planning to tie the knot in the next two days at the beautiful San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara, California.

Celebrity wedding planner Mindy Weiss, whose former clients include Gwen Stefani, Jessica Simpson and Adam Sandler, is organizing the quiet affair.
