Jane Seymour says her wrinkles have helped her acting career.
Seymour says shes convinced she is the last actress of her age who has her own face. The 60-year-old says her natural beauty appeals to directors looking to cast older women.
Recently Ive been hired a lot because Im able to play women who are normal. I think a certain amount of wrinkles show who I am, Jane said.
I dont do Botox or any of that kind of thing. And I dont obsess over the odd wrinkled brow or laughter line because as an actress its incredibly important to have all the pieces moving!
I think Im the only woman of my age in the business who has her own face. I take care of my skin and Im pretty religious about that. I dont use anything expensive and I know Im lucky to have good skin.
Im astounded when I watch TV shows and nobodys face moves, or a newscaster is reading about desperate things happening in the world and her face is completely emotionless.
