John Leslie, a star of adult films who died on Saturday, most likely had a heart attack, according to friends.
The actor, real name John Nuzzo, appeared in more than 300 adult films.
He was 65 years old when he died.
Leslie won pornography industry awards for his roles during the 1970s and 80s.
He later on moved into directing, which also won him acclaim.
Leslie appeared in Cry for Cindy and Talk Dirty to Me - the 1980 film that cemented his reputation as a leading man.
Nuzzo was inducted into the Legends of Erotica Hall of Fame in Las Vegas.
