JWoww: Diet, Playboy, & JWoww's Photo Shoot
JWoww, otherwise known as Jenni Farley and one of the Jersey Shore stars, lost 20 pounds through a new diet and regimen of 5-day-a-week workouts. JWoww also reportedly turned down $400,000 to pose for Playboy.
She did a photo shoot with Us Weekly and has the Internet buzzing over her new post-diet body. Take a look at the video at the bottom of this article.
So, how did JWoww lose the weight?
I eat junk food, cheesecake, cheese, pizza, but just lower amounts of it, JWoww said at an event to promote GNCs Ab Cuts diet supplements.
She worked out five days a week for up to two hours per session doing 30 to 60 minutes of cardio exercise on the elliptical trainer, treadmill or StairMaster followed by weight training.
My boyfriend trains me, says JWoww. Hes a big bodybuilder.
She also started eating more salads, chicken, and tuna instead of less healthy options.
