Kristen Bell joined up with stars including Zac Efron, Dakota Fanning & Vanessa Hudgens to film a special on cancer back in mid-June. The effort? A series of filming specials for a new television special called
"Change the Odds" which will premiere on ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox at 8:00PM EST on September 10, 2010. "Change the Odds" touches on the importance of cancer survival, battling and the fight that families go through as they watch loved ones deal with their conditions.
"Cancer is something that I've been affected by pretty much as long as I can remember..." Dakota Fanning has said. The young actress has lost multiple grandparents to different types of cancer.
Vanessa Hudgens added: "It's so important for all of us to take the time to take care of ourselves."
