MCPS, a top-ranked merchant services provider, announced the appointment of Giovanni Diano to the position of Chief Financial Officer.
Known also as Merchants Choice Payment Solutions and Delta Card Services, the company is a full-service provider of merchant services.
Diano will report to Stan Paur, President and CEO of MCPS.
In making the announcement of Mr. Dianos appointment, Stan Paur stated, Giovanni has elected to join us at an opportune time. Our organization is experiencing significant growth and his extensive knowledge and expertise in the electronic payments industry will help facilitate our expansion.
Diano was previously Senior Vice President of Finance for National Processing Company (NPC).
