Michael Jackson Autopsy Photos To Be Used As Evidence

American singer Michael Jackson announces his summer concert dates at a press conference at O2 Arena in London on March 5 2009

Michael Jackson autopsy photos will be allowed as evidence in the courtroom for the manslaughter case against Jackson’s personal physician Dr. Conrad Murray.

The pop star was found dead in his home in Beverly Hills back in June 2009 after Dr. Murray administered medication.

Now a Superior Court judge has allowed photos of Jackson’s dead body to be used as evidence in the case. Prosecutors claim that doing so would create bias in the trial, but judge Michael Pastor described them as “not gruesome or gory.”

Jurors will also view footage of Jackson performing “This Is it” to get an idea of his level of health at the time.

The judge ruled that certain topics will not be allowed in the courtroom, including the doctor’s child support and financial issues. But his extramarital affair partners will be allowed to testify.
