Michelle Williams is an all star in the bedroom, according to costar Ryan Gosling.
In an interview with UsMagazine.com at their Blue Valentine premiere in NYC Tuesday, Gosling gave details on the workings behind the racy sexy scenes in the new movie.
"I felt like Scottie Pippin and she was Michael Jordan," the 30-year-old actor. "Every time I gave her the ball, she just flew through the air and she slam-dunked it."
The risqu drama, debuting in theaters December 31, was so racy that it was originally given an NC-17 rating by the MPAAundeservingly, says Gosling.
"People don't understand what NC-17 means. It's not like we're saying we think kids under 17 should see the movie," the 30-year-old actor explained. "What NC-17 really means is that it can't play in regular theaters and you can't even show an ad for it on television. I don't think it deserves that."
According to Deadline, the MPAA switched to rating to a R-rating after Hollywood heavyweight Harvey Weinstein made a personal appeal.
Although Gosling praises Williams for her confident sexual moves, Williams recently insisted that shes still insecure her naked form.
I have the usual self-loathing and body issues and yet I seem to be naked in a lot of movies, she said. The nudity has to end somewhere. It would be really nice if the pictures did not get posted online. But then maybe thats a reason to do it: Just get naked, and who cares if it ends up on the internet.
