Nicole Richie: May Return to Television on NBC's 'Chuck'

Nicole Richie may be ready for her return to national television. The former reality star turned actress is apparently slated to make her return on NBC's series 'Chuck'.

Caution: Possible 'Chuck' Series Spoilers!

OnTheRedCarpet.com reports: Richie will resurface when a prison transfer goes awry and her character ends up being stowed away at the underground CIA base, "Castle", Entertainment Weekly said. Meanwhile, Chuck and Sarahs relationship suffer some bumps and Chandler will use that to her advantage.

Richie, the adopted daughter of singer Lionel Richie, starred with fellow Los Angeles socialite Paris Hilton on the reality series The Simple Life, which ran between 2003 and 2007. She guest-starred on Chuck in 2008. Attack of the Show's Olivia Munn, who had a small part in Iron Man 2 earlier this year, wrestler "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, Dolph Lundgren of Rocky IV and Masters of the Universe and Harry Dean Stanton, who recently starred in Big Love, are also set to guest-star in the fourth season of Chuck, which begins on September 20, the magazine said.

Chuck, which has a loyal fan base, was in May renewed for a fourth season despite declining ratings. "I'm thankful to have a job but more importantly, I'm thankful to have a job that people care about. And our loyal dedicated following does," lead actor Zachary Levi told OnTheRedCarpet.com last month.
