Sylvester Stallone has announced he will launch his own Rambo-inspired clothing line this autumn.
The Guardian reports that the Academy Award winners menswear, simply called 'Stallone', will be aimed at men aged between 25 and 40.
The pieces will be inspired by the looks of Stallone's two most iconic roles: Rambo and Rocky. The line promises "looks for the rebel and the gentleman," according to The Guardian.
In an interview with MensWeek magazine, Stallone said: "I hope what worked for me will work for others. I really believe I have an understanding of the male psyche on all levels."
Stallone added: "I want to expose people to things that will work and this is the apropos time. I'm not experienced in this field, but we have the proper team to move this vision along."
According to The Guardian, the fashion line will feature jeans, shirts, outerwear, underwear and watches, before branching out into eyewear, fragrances and athletic shoes, among other products, after the initial launch.
The following are the forthcoming collections key pieces:
A deluxe headband. Stallone states that the line will be "premium."
An olive-green vest. Scoop-necked and a bit military.
Silk boxing shorts.
A "cocktail" belt. Gold and heavy on the hardware, this would be a nod to Rocky Balboa's title belt.
A grey marl tracksuit.
