Typhoon Megi Heading Towards China

Typhoon Megi, which left 11 people dead in the Philippines, is heading towards China.

Chinese authorities have shut down train services in several provinces at risk, state media reports.

If Megi hits China it will be the strongest typhoon the country has had this year, according to the Xinhua news agency.

In the Philippines, falling trees, drowning and lightning brought about by the typhoon caused the fatalities.
