Canadians gave the newlywed royal couple Prince William and Kate more than 200 gifts last summer that ranged from diamond jewelry to rock samples.
The official acknowledgement of gifts was released by Clarence House in London, the home of Prince Charles and the royal administrative center, Postmedia News reported.
During the couple's nine-day visit in June and July, citizens and officials showered them with items such as a "rock sample" and a bottle of Canadian liquor from Prime Minister Stephen Harper, the list shows.
In Canada's rodeo capital of Calgary, Alberta, William and Kate were given cowboy hats, and former Northwest Territories Premier Floyd Roland gave the couple a set of polar bear-themed cufflinks and a brooch encrusted with diamonds.
The official list also includes gifts of newspaper clippings, a rag doll, a dog toy and a gift to Kate from Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird of "three pairs of shoes," Clarence House said.
Health Minister Leona Aglukkaq gave the couple two mosquito traps and an unidentified person presented them with "caribou antler snow goggles."
