There are plenty of good options out there. Since your question is fairly general, we will suggest three very different books and you can choose the one that best suits your tastes and interests.
First is Richard M. Nixon: A Life in Full by Conrad Black. This thousand-page tome by a disgraced media businessman takes a sympathetic (and most say biased) view of Nixon's political life.
Next is Nixon and Kissinger: Partners in Power by Robert M. Dallek. Publisher's Week called this book "the definitive analysis of Richard Nixon and Henry Kissinger's complex, often troubled partnership in running American foreign policy from January 1969 through August 1974." If you're a policy wonk or a history buff, this is probably the book for you.
Finally, you might be interested in Nixonland: The Rise of a President and the Fracturing of America by Rick Perlstein. It takes a liberal, culturally-focused look at the years leading up to Nixon's election. Perlstein's style is engaging and his opinions are obvious.
