Most of us feel increasing stress in our lives. We are more worried, irritable, and frustrated every day. We hope against hope that things will improve tomorrow, or next week, or next year. But it seems that we just get one part of our lives settled down and another crisis emerges.
It’s becoming more and more evident that we are experiencing Perpetual Stress. We go to our doctor or therapist for help with anxiety, depression, addictions, back pain, obesity, diabetes, and more. Yet underlying all of these disorders is killer Stress. We will either deal with perpetual stress now or we will die.
