This playful pup keeps herself entertained by playing fetch without human help.
Lily, an English Spaniel, created the game by figuring out how to place her ball onto a small hill and then chasing it as it rolls down -- rendering her owner obsolete.
But don't hold it against your dim-witted canine companion if they don't even know how to play fetch with a partner, let alone by themselves -- canine expert and professor emeritus at the University of British Columbia Stanely Coren says canine intelligence comes with a caveat.
"While a smart dog will figure out everything you want it to know, your super pet will also learn everything it can get away with," Coren warns.
