Hi,I am 75 and yesterday I went to exercise and did the following:lifted 23,000 lbs on the exercise machines,then I walked/ran 69 laps(walk 3,ran 1),and finally finished off with 30mins on the treadmill and 30 mins on the stationary bicycle so I am far from dead.It would be a pleasure to chat with you if you would like.
