The One Hour Orgasm

Meditating woman
In our society, women have no means of being all that they were born to be, sexually speaking. And the cultural restraints that hold women back also add a considerable undercurrent of tension to the lives of men. Yet the One Hour Orgasm, also known as the Venus Butterfly, is a set of techniques which acknowledges the woman as the sexual initiatress, and uses that fact to ultimately create more pleasure for each partner.

Originally developed by M.O.R.E. University and presented by Bob Schwartz, Ph.D. and Leah Schwartz, Ph.D., the Venus Butterfly techniques are designed to relieve women of their built-up tensions. Because of hormonal shifts, women's tensions tend to fluctuate more than the those of the average man, and in relieving their tensions, these practices can gift women in getting what they want -- a much fuller sexual experience.

In fact, after more than 30 years of extensive research and after training many thousands of people, M.O.R.E. University says that it has never found a woman who couldn't consistently orgasm with its methods. That's quite a statement considering that between 26 percent to 46 percent of all women say they've never had an orgasm in their lives!

And according to the Venus Butterfly philosophy, it takes a somewhat aroused woman to start any sexual action.

Being good at sex, both in the giving and the receiving, requires training and education. We aren't raised with or given access to either in most modern world cultures and learning to receive a one hour orgasm, as is possible with the Venus Butterfly techniques, is something that a man or woman must want for themselves. As you can imagine, receiving that much pleasure takes some practice! It's first necessary to have a partner who knows how to give the sustained touch to produce these kinds of results. The Venus Butterfly techniques emphasize the quality of touch, conscious touching, simple communication and the concept of peaking, which involves getting close to the edge, backing off and then building the energy again. The methods provide women with a much longer time to become aroused and give them a long, pleasurable experience. For men, they provide extended pleasure and teach control. The cycle quickly builds both partners' sexual capacity and awareness for heightened loving experiences and heat. What fun! These techniques are essentially a part of Tantric sexual practice, which states that mindfulness, clear communication and treating your partner as god or goddess combine to result in extended, ecstatic states of pleasure. The videos and book that teach these techniques can be found in the Tantra.com online catalog.
