When it Comes to Orgasm, Gender Matters Not

Did you know that men and women don't experience orgasms differently? The pleasure of orgasm is neither male nor female and the intensity of an orgasm is more closely related to the sexual competence of the individual than to gender. Men, however, tend to get more practice because they are encouraged by society to pursue opportunities for sexual pleasure more actively.
Nerve endings are not gender-specific, either. The nerve endings concentrated in the female clitoris are closely analogous to the nerve endings in the glans, located at the tip of the penis. In females, these nerve endings radiate toward the labia, the anus, the rim of the vagina and the G-spot (located about two inches inside the upper wall of the vagina). In males, they radiate toward the scrotum, the testicles, the anus and the base of the penis.
