This is my second post on this site

I was treated for prostate cancer 12 years ago, and the good news is my psa is currently undetectable which means the cancer is still missing. Hooray.

Latest no sugar south beach type diet has resulted in the loss of 17 punds in 2 months.  Hooray.

Sadly, Pat's brother passed away of Krohns disease last sunday. :(

Lastly, this site is ok, but email is easier to use.
