Hi All
Hi All
Thanks Irene for your email.
Although I am not concerned about Menopause, LOL, I don't mind posting a few thoughts now and then to chime-in with you great ladies about general stuff.
Hopefully your concept, Irene, may entice new posters who just want to chat without getting deep into the pychology of it all. The old TA was a neat place to play, the new one lost the old mojo.
DG, my thoughts are with you to heal fast. You are such a dynamo lady with great creative talent.
Nan, always love to read your direct-to-the-point posts
I'll bookmark this one to keep tabs on what's happening.
Have an unspeakable great day everyone.

Hey Mary Alice!
I've missed you in the Spirituality Forum.
You are a CPap user too huh? Gosh. I never heard of Sleep Apnea and Cpaps until about 7 years ago. Now it seems a lot of folks in my age bracket or close to it are being diagnosed with it. It does help doesn't it? (Even though I hate having to strap myself up in that darn thing.)
I know you will believe
I know you will believe this!! I just found your message. I really have trouble with this site.
I have more energy using the CPap but it hasn't solved everything. Dr Blume is now watching for parasomnia as I wake. I just want to wake up fully. Some days I wake up and am fully conscious. Other days I wake up and those are the days that are very interesting. I can have a vision and know that something happened but I can't finish the memory. I hope you are completely conscious. One of us has to be.
Brenda, I hope your holidays are great. Went to 2 Christmas programs last weekend. That's what grandmas do. They will be grown in no time. Give yourself a great big hug from me.
Love, Mary Alice
Thanks Oiseau.
Sending the forum to my email is great. Maybe I can get it bookmarked this way. I did not have the stamina to figure it out the other way.
We must have gotten the water you needed in Oz here in Central Illinois. There are many fields of corn and beans that are 6 weeks late being combined this year. Latest year that any of the old timers can remenber. LOL.!! Don and I are just 15 or 20 years younger than the "old timers" My b-i-l's aunt died not long ago at age 95. She had been heart broken when she had to give up her daily canters around the farm at age 92.
Oiseau, your spring must be coming on soon.
Our 20 year old high efficiency furnace died so can winter be far behind? We are apparently going to put in geo-thermal. I told Don that we are too old to get much savings from it. We must be going to live another 20 or 30 years in this house according to his answer.
When we asked the contractor what arrangements he had made about the new heating system. His answer was"Oh, I forgot!"
DG, keep feeling better and better!! Those are orders from headquarters.
I will go put my infernal cPap mask on so I can sleep for a little nap. The granddaughters don't know what to think when Grandma goes to sleep now-a -days. It does help.
Hope I can keep up with you guys.
