Passport To The Soul

A friend gave me a little book titled “Passport To The Soul.” It is full of little inspirational saying. It reminds us that the body-mind can only withstand so much and go so far without the strength of the soul. The spirit within is the energy that carries all of us to heights beyond our imagination. In these difficult times our deep inner soul can and will provide answers to all our questions and problems. The secret is to listen. Not just with your ears but with your eyes, your touch and all your senses. With the senses open and receptive infinite possibilities exist. In difficult times it is those who get creative that thrive.

“Our body and our minds can take us only so far: Our spirits can lead us all the way home.” Susan Jeffers
It is, always has been, and always will be the spirit of humankind that prevails. When it seems the body-mind can no longer endure there seems to be some guiding force that pushes us onward. I have spoken with many people over the last few months about the world state of affairs. One thing rings through; those who have a fighting spirit soldier on with a faith and believe that change is good and that change brings opportunity.
Being open to opportunities means being flexible and being flexible means being young. You want a formula for anti-aging – stay open, positive, and flexible to new ideas and challenges because:
“An open mind is like an open window. It lets the fresh air in.” Mike Hernacki
