Moving

When you’re moving, everything else goes out of your head.  I’m wondering whether I have enough linen boxes, how I could lose the packing tape again when I haven’t moved an inch, can I decipher  the cryptic notes about who is doing what when.

I have had most of my stuff in storage for about 5 years. Funny thing, I haven’t missed them much at all.  How little stuff we really need in the end.    Still, it will be very much like Christmas as I unwrap old treasures I’ve completely forgotten about.

Since I am lost in a growing forest of boxes, wondering if I’ll ever make sense of it at the other end,  please forgive me if I don’t have too much to say this week except where’s the tape?

Oh, and Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays for all of you who have sense enough not to move in the middle of December.   The upside is I'll be supremely organized for the New Year.
