The Value of Wild Ideas

Go wild today. Think wild, try wild, do wild. This is going to be fun!

Wild Idea: Something beyond the normal, reasonable, and average. Today, I’d like you to identify and place a $2 bet on a few long-shots (like the one that won the Kentucky Derby last year, Giacomo, where a $2 bet got you $102).

Think about your goals and the things you could do to move it forward. Don't dismiss any wild ideas.

Here are a few prompts to help you think of wild ideas:

• Think of a partnership that would be just too good to be true.

• Think of a sponsor that you think would be a long-shot.

• Who, in your wildest dreams, would you like to hear pitching/telling other people about you?

• If you could have any job/contract project, what would it be?

• If you were feeling REALLY BRAVE and confident, what requests would you make? Make them!

• Ask for your dream appointment.

• Wild ideas are a numbers game, so try more than one. If you all give wild ideas a try, I bet someone in this group will have a major, Alaska-sized breakthrough!

And here's another bonus question that might lead to excellent wild ideas: If you knew you could not fail, what would you do? To move your goals forward, it helps to live in possibility. Wild ideas are all about what's possible.
