I'm passionate about sexuality that takes you to a higher mental state of awareness, a higher physical state of arousal and excitement and a higher ‘love' state that takes you deeper into intimacy and knowledge of self and other. Then self and other become ‘one' and everything we do, say, believe in and put forth in the world becomes open and universal.
Science is beginning to corroborate the intersections between sexuality, mindfulness practices, Tantric techniques, touch, healthy living, spiritual essence and the ties between friends and family as the sources for attaining great health, wellbeing, intimacy, playfulness, sexual adventure and, well, just about everything. It is truly a Mind/Body/Spirit world!
As the word ‘Tantra' can be taken to mean ‘the weaving of the world' I will ‘weave' these themes together here. I welcome comments, feedback, ideas and themes for future exploration.

Suzie's Biography:
Suzie Heumann is one of the country's leading authorities on Tantra sexuality. Tantra, which originates from Sanskrit, is about opening and expanding one's consciousness to a greater experience of life.
Through tantric practice, one can expand his or her capacity to give, receive and experience pleasure through enhanced intimacy and sexuality. Sacred sexuality is often discussed in affiliation with tantra, and is the practice of using the energy resulting from sexual arousal to open yourself to the Divine.
Suzie is the author of three books: The Everything Great Sex Book, The Everything Kama Sutra Book and The Rules of Love, the Sixty-Four Arts of the Kama Sutra (2008).
As an award winning video producer, Suzie co-produced instructional videos on Tantra and the Kama Sutra, including Ancient Secrets of Sexual Ecstasy and The Art of Orgasm for Women and Men. These films have involved many of the World's best-known teachers of Western Tantra. In addition to her work on the instructional videos, she has studied, written and taught on the subjects of The Kama Sutra, Tantra and other sexual disciplines since 1987.
As part of her job as President/CEO of LLL Media Group, Suzie currently runs popular Internet sites Tantra.com and Tantra.org. She founded Tantra.com in1995 with her husband, Michael, and continues to be a significant contributor to Tantra.com's content, including articles, secrets, positions and practices.
