Get Thin With Breakfast-Only Diet
The author of "Eat and Be Happy" (Reco Press, $10), says eating food early in the morning strengthens the body's immune system. His dietary invention is based on the principle that red meat, salt and even red wine can best be broken down and absorbed by the body in the morning when the body is fresh, while eating at night leaves meat incompletely digested and allows a buildup of toxins.
Marion says it's best to have a single meal per day, and that one at breakfast. He contends the more you eat before 9 a.m., the slimmer and fitter you will become. But don't lie down for a nap after that morning dinner, because that would stop the food from reaching the intestines for digestion.
At the other end of the day, Marion recommends getting to bed no later than 9 p.m. at least five nights a week. And, he adds, "don't worry about being hungry at night. Drink water, and remember that the next morning, you can eat a pizza and ice cream."
